Hi,
My husband and I would like to thank the staff at Ruslamere for another amazing, unforgettable stay this past weekend. The stay was as good as when we had our honeymoon here. It is like being in a fancy boutique hotel, with a homely atmosphere. The room was great, the food was great, and the session at the spa was brilliant.

On Tuesday Julie and I spent our 19th anniversary at Ruslamere. Thanks a ton - we had a wonderful
time, and I must compliment you on the establishment. The staff were
very attentive and the service was both friendly and relaxed. We dined
there too, and the food was brilliant once again - we ate well and
enjoyed a really good bottle of wine.

What a pleasure to have stayed in your establishment. Your staff are amazing - friendly, professional, totally service orientated.
Special mention must be made of Chris Raath, who greeted me at the door late on Tuesday night and saw to it that I was comfortable and settled.
Hats off to him for this "extra mile"effort.

Ruslamere in Durbanville was a gem with wonderful staff and great apartment style accommodation with easy access to the city. In fact we stayed again later in our trip as our accommodation in Blaauberg was too small. Ruslamere is trying to get more tourist business and we can't say enough about the quality of the staff and their helpfulness. |

We would like to say thank you for all the arrangements and excellent service we received during the above mentioned events held at your facility on 28 and 29 March 2008.
All of the staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The venue was neat and clean and the staff made sure that the water and mints were kept topped up throughout the day. The tea, coffee and lunch was ready and prepared on time and was delicious and we received many compliments from the delegates.
We will definitely consider using your facilties for future events and will reccommend it to others. |

As an employee of the Steiner Group, I have visited Cape Town quite frequently for the past few years and will be doing so in the future. Staying at Ruslamere makes it all worthwile!
